Prince Charles travels with FE Coaching

His Royal Highness Prince Charles travelled in style on his royal visit to Burnley - aboard a Fraser Eagle coach!

The Prince of Wales spent yesterday (Feb 21) touring the town, meeting business, civic and religious leaders, as part of a visit to discuss Burnley's ongoing regeneration.

And he was driven between each destination by Fraser Eagle's Chris Conlen aboard one of the company's Connoisseur Club Class vehicles.

The coach was booked in advance by Business In The Community, a movement of businesses that seek to improve their impact on society by engaging local communities, and in which the Prince of Wales is heavily involved.

But Fraser Eagle Coaching staff only realised on the morning of the visit that the Prince would travel on the coach when royal security officers came to the company's Shuttleworth Mead HQ to inspect the vehicle.

As part of the visit, Prince Charles visted the Lancashire Digital Technology Centre, Burnley Youth Theatre and the town's Weaver's Triangle, which is set to be transformed under multi-million pound regeneration plans.
